Rooted in Thailand, this calming, yet energizing ancient practice uses a combination of assisted yoga-like stretches, acupressure, traction, rocking, and rhythmic compression throughout the entire body and along the energy channels. All while lying passively on a comfortable mat on the floor, fully clothed.
Appointments can be made to meet at Bonny Eagle Pond in Buxton (just a few minutes away from the studio). Learn basic Stand-up Paddleboard (SUP) skills, then paddle out with Nichole, before anchoring, and being led through a series of gentle and restorative yoga postures. She provides the inflatable SUP board, life jackets, anchors, waterproof storage bags and cell phone holders, and everything you need to have a blissful experience on the water.
